On March 19-21, 2014 the Michale Keeling Center for Comparative Medicine & Research in Bastrop,Texas will host the APV Nonhuman Primate Ultrasound Imaging Workshop. The focus for the 2014 Workshop will be cardiovascular ultrasound, but will also include a review of theory, basic technique, and general abdominal ultrasound. Both wet labs and lectures will be included, with a faculty of experts in the field and the opportunity to try the latest in ultrasound equipment tailored for use in nonhuman primates.
